With more than 25 years of experience spanning nearly every corner of business—finance, operations, personnel, sales, and marketing—she brings a level of strategic insight that’s hard to find and even harder to fake.
But her expertise isn’t what sets her apart. It’s her story.
Amy became a mother at 19. Her son is significantly impacted by autism and has required full-time care since birth. That experience shaped everything: her resilience, her ability to see what others miss, her obsession with clarity, and her commitment to fighting for what matters. These aren’t just traits. These are muscles she’s spent a lifetime building.
She’s worked remotely for over a decade, not because it was trendy, but because it was necessary. Her belief? We don’t have a work life and a home life. We have a life. And when you approach your work from that place of integration, clarity, and groundedness, you show up with intention. You serve better. You lead better. You build better.
Today, Amy is a mother of four. Her home is a sanctuary, filled with books, plants, art, and the gentle rhythm of a life lived fully present. It’s also the headquarters of The Thicket Studio.
